What is the Cancellation Policy?
The Pool & Spa Show recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in the need to make a change to business travel.
All attendee cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to bburtt@nespapool.org following the policy below. If you received your credentials, you will be required to mail them back for your refund to be processed. Please send credentials to: Beverly Burtt, The Pool & Spa Show, 6B South Gold Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08691.
If education cancellations and/or changes are made to a badge that was printed and mailed, a new badge must be printed at the Express Registration Counter at the show.
Welcome Party Passes are Non-Refundable.
Cancellation of Paid Business, Technical and/or Specialty Business/Technical Education by January 15, 2025, will be assessed a $65 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of Paid Certifications, Pre-Conference Genesis and/or Watershape University Education by January 15, 2025, will be assessed a $175 cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS for cancelled registrations will be issued after January 15, 2025.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to bburtt@nespapool.org and pcava@nespapool.org by the original registrant. Please bring the original registrant’s credentials with you to transfer.
The Pool & Spa Show is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events and/or seminars.
